Remove your account and Meta data

To remove your Fannel profile and data controlled solely by your account, including applicable Meta access tokens and ad account data, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your Fannel account.
2. Navigate to Settings → Account.
3. Click Delete account, type DELETE to confirm, and submit.

We process account and Meta data deletion requests within 30 days. Stored access tokens for integrations controlled solely by your account are removed during processing.

Meta integrations, access tokens, and synced data belonging to a shared agency workspace remain available to its remaining authorized members.

Revoking Meta permissions without deleting your account

You can revoke Fannel's Meta access from Meta's Apps and Websites settings without deleting your Fannel account.

In Meta, the path is: facebook.com → Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites.

Email request

If you cannot access your account, email benjamin@fannelads.com with subject line "Delete my data". Include the email address associated with your Fannel account. We will process your request within 30 days.
