Delete your Fannel account and Meta data

To remove all data Fannel holds on your behalf — including your Meta access tokens and ad account data — follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your Fannel account.

2. Navigate to Settings → Account.

3. Click Delete account, type DELETE to confirm, and submit.

This removes your profile, connected Meta tokens, integration data, and synced Meta data controlled by your account. Some security logs, backups, billing records, or shared agency data may be retained where needed for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.

If your Fannel account belongs to an agency with other members, shared agency data may remain available to those remaining members after your user profile and connected Meta credentials are removed.

Revoking Meta permissions without deleting your account

You can disconnect your Meta integration from Settings → Integrations at any time. This revokes Fannel's access to your Meta data without deleting your Fannel account.

You can also revoke access directly from Meta: facebook.com → Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites.

Email request

If you cannot access your account, email benjamin@fannelads.com with subject line "Delete my data". Include the email address associated with your Fannel account. We will process your request within 30 days.
