Fannel - Required by Meta Platform Terms

Remove your account and Meta data

To remove data Fannel holds on your behalf, including Meta access tokens and ad account data, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Fannel account.
  2. Navigate to Settings → Account.
  3. Click Delete account, type DELETE to confirm, and submit.

We process account and Meta data deletion requests within 30 days. Access tokens are revoked and removed during processing.

shared agency data may be retained for other workspace members when needed to preserve their account records.

Revoking Meta permissions without deleting your account

You can disconnect your Meta integration from Settings → Integrations at any time. This revokes Fannel's access to your Meta data without deleting your Fannel account.

You can also revoke access directly from Meta: facebook.com → Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites.

Email request

If you cannot access your account, email benjamin@fannelads.com with subject line "Delete my data". Include the email address associated with your Fannel account. We will process your request within 30 days.
