Terms of Service

1. Service

Fannel AI (https://fannelai.com) is a paid-media analytics and ad-management application owned and operated by FANNEL ADS S.A.S. It connects to Meta to provide analytics, reporting, recommendations, and user-confirmed controls. It also connects to Google Drive with drive.readonly to import media and monitor folders you configure for workflows.

2. Acceptable use

You may use Fannel only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Meta Platform Terms, Meta Advertising Policies, and all applicable laws. You must have authority to connect the Meta assets you authorize, keep your credentials secure, and review campaign content, rules, and actions before using them.

3. Meta Platform compliance

You may use Fannel only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Meta Platform Terms, Meta Advertising Policies, and all applicable laws. You must not use Fannel to violate the rights of others.

By connecting your Meta account, you authorize Fannel AI, operated by FANNEL ADS S.A.S., to process approved Meta Platform Data to provide the product features you request, in accordance with Meta Platform Terms. This includes ads_management, pages_show_list and pages_read_engagement, and instagram_basic when available and granted. Fannel uses instagram_basic to read and display the ID and username of a professional Instagram account linked to an authorized Facebook Page and retain the selected ID in the ad configuration. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Fannel complies with Meta's policies.

Drive workflows prepare drafts in Fannel for review. Publishing selected drafts to Meta requires user confirmation; importing media or generating a draft does not itself publish an ad. Fannel changes the delivery status of an existing ad only after an authorized user selects it and confirms Pause or Start. Current Rules are recommendation-only and do not automatically change Meta ads. You remain responsible for actions you approve.

4. Google Drive authorization

By connecting Google Drive, you authorize Fannel to use drive.readonly only to browse folders, import media you select, and monitor folders configured for workflows. You can revoke this access from your Google Account permissions.

5. Fees and billing

Paid plans, invoices, and subscriptions are handled through Stripe. Fees are charged according to the plan and billing interval selected at checkout.

6. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimer

Fannel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for ad performance outcomes or platform policy changes by Meta.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fannel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
