1. Service
Fannel (operated by FANNEL ADS S.A.S.) is an ad campaign operations platform that connects to Meta and other ad platforms to provide analytics, reporting, recommendations, and campaign management features using authorized permissions such as ads_read, ads_management, business_management, pages_show_list, and pages_read_engagement.
2. Acceptable use
You may use Fannel only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Meta Platform Terms, Meta Advertising Policies, and all applicable laws. You must have authority to connect the Meta assets you authorize, keep your credentials secure, and review campaign content, rules, and actions before using them.
3. Meta Platform compliance
By connecting your Meta account, you agree that Fannel will act as a data processor on your behalf for Meta Platform data pursuant to Meta Platform Terms. You authorize Fannel to use approved Meta permissions, including ads_management, pages_show_list, and pages_read_engagement, only to provide the product features you request. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Fannel complies with Meta's policies.
Fannel does not automatically publish, edit, pause, or change Meta ads, ad sets, campaigns, budgets, or account settings unless you explicitly initiate that action or configure a guardrail rule to do so. You remain responsible for the rules and actions you approve.
4. Fees and billing
Paid plans, invoices, and subscriptions are handled through Stripe. Fees are charged according to the plan and billing interval selected at checkout.
5. Account termination
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Disclaimer
Fannel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for ad performance outcomes or platform policy changes by Meta.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fannel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
