A. Who we are

Fannel is operated by FANNEL ADS S.A.S., located at Azurduy Juana 2440 Piso: PB Dpto: F - Ciudad de Buenos Aires, CP 1429, Argentina. Contact us at benjamin@fannelads.com.

B. Data we collect

We collect information you provide when creating or using a Fannel account, including name, email address, agency details, account settings, support requests, and billing or subscription information when applicable.

We also collect product usage, security, and diagnostic data needed to operate, protect, debug, and improve the service.

C. Data we receive from Meta

When you connect a Meta Business account via our OAuth flow, Fannel receives the following data from Meta on your behalf:

Public profile — your name and Meta user ID, used to identify your account within Fannel.

Ads read — read-only access to your ad accounts, campaigns, ad sets, ads, and related reporting data.

Business management — access to your Meta Business Manager assets to enumerate the Business Managers and ad accounts available to your connected Meta user.

Creative and performance data — creatives and media metadata, connected Page or business identity where available, insights, delivery, spend, and performance metrics.

We store encrypted access tokens to maintain your connection. We do not sell your Meta data.

D. How we use your data

We use data to operate Fannel, connect and sync marketing accounts, show analytics and reporting, provide AI-assisted analysis and recommendations, troubleshoot the service, protect against abuse, and support billing and account administration.

Fannel does not automatically publish, edit, pause, or change your Meta campaigns, ad sets, ads, budgets, or settings without your instruction.

E. Meta data limits

We do not use Meta data for third-party advertising, unrelated profiling, or building advertising audiences for other customers. We use Meta data only to provide and secure Fannel features that you or your agency request.

F. Sharing and subprocessors

We use service providers only as needed to operate Fannel, including Supabase, Google Cloud, Tinybird, Sentry, Stripe.

For AI-assisted analysis and recommendations, we may use model providers including OpenRouter, Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google Gemini.

G. Security

We protect access tokens with encryption at rest and restrict access to customer data to authorized systems and personnel who need it to operate, secure, or support Fannel.

H. Data retention

We retain account and Meta data while your Fannel account or connected integration is active, and then delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed to provide the service. Security logs, backups, billing records, or records needed for legal, fraud prevention, or operational reasons may remain for a limited period.

I. Data deletion

To delete your data, use the in-app account deletion flow at Settings → Account → Delete account. You may also email benjamin@fannelads.comwith subject line "Delete my data" and we will process your request within 30 days.

Deletion removes: your profile, all connected Meta tokens and integrations, and associated data controlled by your account. Data shared with other users, such as agency workspaces with multiple members, may remain available to those members.
