A. Who we are

Fannel AI (https://fannelai.com) is a paid-media analytics and ad-management application owned and operated by FANNEL ADS S.A.S., registered at Azurduy Juana 2440 Piso: PB Dpto: F - Ciudad de Buenos Aires, CP 1429, Argentina. FANNEL ADS S.A.S. is responsible for Meta Platform Data processed by Fannel AI. This Privacy Policy applies to Fannel AI and its Meta Platform integration. Contact us at benjamin@fannelads.com.

B. Data we collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email address), workspace and billing information, and data obtained via OAuth integrations you authorise.

C. Data we receive from Meta

When you connect a Meta Business account via our OAuth flow, Fannel receives the following data from Meta on your behalf:

  • Public profile - your name and Meta user ID, used to identify your account within Fannel.
  • Ads read - read-only access to your ad accounts, campaigns, ad sets, ads, insights, creatives and media metadata for analytics and reporting.
  • Ads management (ads_management) - access to change the delivery status of an existing ad in an ad account you authorize, only after an authorized Fannel user selects the ad and confirms Pause or Start. Fannel sends ACTIVE or PAUSED to Meta and refreshes the ad state.
  • Business management - access to your Meta Business Manager assets to enumerate the Business Managers and ad accounts available to your connected Meta user.
  • Pages show list (pages_show_list) - access to list and verify the Facebook Pages you manage so Fannel can connect the correct Page-backed ad account assets.
  • Pages read engagement (pages_read_engagement) - access to Page-posted content, Page metadata, and engagement or insight context needed to display ad creative content with performance metrics.
  • Creative and performance data - creative review inputs, performance metrics, account metadata, and derived analysis used to power dashboards, recommendations, and AI-assisted analysis and recommendations.

We store encrypted access tokens to maintain your Meta connection. You can revoke Fannel's access directly from Meta's Apps and Websites settings or request removal through the deletion methods below. We do not sell your Meta data to third parties.

D. How we use your data

Data is used solely to provide the Fannel service: syncing ad performance, generating reports, reviewing creatives, evaluating user-configured recommendation Rules, recommending account actions, and operating the platform on your behalf. We do not use your data for advertising.

We use ads_management only to execute a delivery-status change on an existing ad after an authorized user selects the ad and confirms Pause or Start. Current Rules provide recommendations only and do not automatically change Meta ads.

E. Processors and AI providers

We use Supabase, Google Cloud, Vercel, Tinybird, Sentry, Stripe, and similar infrastructure providers to host, process, secure, bill, and monitor the service.

For AI-assisted analysis and recommendations, relevant account, creative, and performance context may be processed by OpenRouter, Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google Gemini under service-provider terms.

F. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed for service operation, security, legal, and billing obligations. You may request deletion at any time via Settings → Account → Delete account.

G. Data deletion

To access, correct, export, or delete your data, use the in-app account deletion flow at Settings -> Account -> Delete account or email benjamin@fannelads.com with subject line "Delete my data". We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Deletion removes your user profile, workspace memberships, and integrations and data controlled solely by your account. Meta integrations, access tokens, and synced data belonging to a shared agency workspace remain available to its remaining authorized members.
